Refund Policy

We stand behind The Cornish Morning Ritual. If it isn't the right fit, we'll refund you. Here's how it works.

1. The 30-Day Promise

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at hello@cornishapothecary.com with:

The email address you used to purchase
Your order number (from your confirmation email)

You do not need to provide a reason. We will process the refund within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

2. What Happens After Refund

Once a refund is issued:

Your access to the digital guide download is revoked
Your access to any included community is revoked
You agree to delete any downloaded copies of the guide and accompanying materials from your devices
You may not resell, redistribute, or share any part of the guide

Continuing to use the guide after a refund constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service.

3. After 30 Days

Because The Cornish Morning Ritual is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds after 30 days are at our sole discretion. We will consider exceptional circumstances (medical, technical, or otherwise) on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@cornishapothecary.com.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly for a refund:

We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery and our refund policy
Your access to the guide and any community will be immediately revoked
You may be added to a fraud-prevention list, preventing future purchases

We'd much rather just refund you directly. Email us first at hello@cornishapothecary.com.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot issue refunds via bank transfer, store credit, or to a different card.

6. Currency

Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase (USD). Any currency conversion differences are the responsibility of your bank or card provider.
