The Cornish Morning Ritual is a digital ebook and accompanying digital materials, delivered electronically upon successful payment. The Guide is for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Payment & Delivery

Prices are listed in USD and are charged at checkout via our payment processor.
The Guide is a digital download — no physical product is shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your download link within 60 minutes.
If you do not receive your download within 24 hours, contact hello@cornishapothecary.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Guide — including text, layout, branding, illustrations, and any accompanying materials — is the intellectual property of Hedgerow & Honey and is protected by international copyright law.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Guide for your own use only.

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or share the Guide with any third party
Copy, reproduce, modify, or repurpose any content for commercial use
Upload the Guide to any file-sharing site, cloud drive, or public forum
Translate, repackage, or rebrand the Guide
Use any part of the Guide to train AI models or for any algorithmic ingestion

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your licence and potential legal action.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hedgerow & Honey, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use of, or inability to use, the Guide
Any adverse reaction, irritation, or skin response from following the practices described
Any decisions you make regarding medical care, skincare products, or treatments based on the Guide
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Guide

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Guide.

You assume full responsibility for your own choices and outcomes.

8. Community Access (If Applicable)

Any community or "garden" group access included with the Guide is provided as a courtesy. We reserve the right to remove any user from the community at our sole discretion, including for harassment, spam, sharing pirated content, or breach of these Terms. No refund will be issued for community removal.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on the Site with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
